Over the years I have taken thousands of photographs of architecture and landmarks mainly in Edinburgh. Some are recognisable the world over but some are an obscure look at objects or buildings familiar to all who live in the city.

On these pages I have displayed some of the Edinburgh and Leith photos that have been taken over this last year 2005-6. Edinburgh is a much photographed city and not every Edinburgh photo is a postcard image.

Check out my gallery and you'll be surprised to see that not every photo of Edinburgh is the castle but this can make the city seem a magical place to even the most hardened of photographer.
